The room was extremely pleasant, equipped with a microwave oven and a fridge, making it very convenient. the location of the hotel was perfect, right by the river with incredible views. Additionally, it was close to Ameristar casino, Amerisports Bar, and Omaha Zoo, just off the interstate.

Extremely convenient hotel with a great restaurant. the staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. the food was excellent. Recently refurbished room and exceptionally comfortable beds. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, 3 miles from city center.

The hotel provides cookies, fruit, eggs, coffee, and sausages for breakfast, the food is excellent. The rooms here are impressive and large with a king bed.

The provided breakfast was great with biscuits and juice, for example. The amazing friendly and efficient staff gave good recommendations. The location was stunning, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Ameristar Casino.

My family and I stayed at Holiday Inn for a weekend trip to Omaha Zoo. the front desk staff, especially Cynthia, was exceptional. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast selection and amenities like an indoor pool, a shuttle service, and clean rooms with great river views. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to the zoo and nearby restaurants.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Front desk guy was Super nice and he was very understanding when our reservation was mixed up. He went above and beyond for us. Also the shuttle drivers were super great.

Did get my additional room I reserved later. But ended up with rooms.

Conveniency

I have problem walking I would rather be on the first floor and near the elevator.

The breakfast with cookies and sausages is a nice touch, and the location is fantastic.

My husband asked that I put more eggs on his plate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. We especially liked having a room on the first floor; we really didn't want to have to travel up and down the elevator.

. We needed another sitting chair in the suite and could have more counter space in the bathroom. Other than that, good!!!!

We absolutely loved our one night stay. The lady at the front who checked us in was awesome and super friendly.

We were there for 2 nights and had a very nice stay. the hotel was wonderful and clean. the staff members were outstandingly accommodating. Our room was recently renovated with a soft bed, a beautiful view, and a blow dryer.

The staff was real nice except one woman.

Noise (fighting in the hallway at 4am - 11am). Could here right through the walls. One of the front desk staff was real rude.
